ALTO Tours will be at your disposal for room reservation and tourist visits.
Participants are requested to contact directly ALTO Tours for all the services included in the Reservation Form:
hotel accommodation
transfers
social and tourist programmes and the respective payments
Reservations have been made at 2, 3 and 4-star hotels in Neptun-Olimp resort, on the Black Sea shore and in Bucharest 3 stars hotel. Very attractive rates have been negotiated by the organizers.
Reservation can only be guaranteed up to April 30th, 2008 and should thus be made directly through the responsible Agency.
Visiting the website www.ingtravel.ro you will find Reservation Forms, informations about hotels, room types, room assignment and payments. The accomodation prices include breakfast and VAT. In order to secure your reservation, we will need to receive a two-night deposit, until April 30th, 2008, to ALTO TOURS, by bank transfer, credit card or cash.
The accommodation fees are guaranteed according to the reservation terms. For payment made after April 30th, 2008, the confirmation of the reservation will be made according to the number of places.
Cancelation / penalties:
Penalty 25% (handling fee) from the deposit for cancellations made before April 30th, 2008
One night penalty fee, for cancellations made between May 1st, 2008 and May 30th, 2008
Two nights penalty fee, for cancellations made after June 30th, 2008
Penalty 100% from the transfer fee, for cancellation made after 30th, 2008
