THE REGISTRATION FEE COVERS:
For participants: the Forum proceedings, attendance at all sessions, ear-phone translation, refreshments and social programme For accompanying persons: attendance of important events, social programme and the opportunity to choose from a very attractive tourist programme proposed by the tourist agent ALTO Tours.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS OF THE REGISTRATION FEE:
Before 30 April 2008 - reimbursement of the amount prepaid less 25 euro representing administrative costs After 30 April 2008 - no refunds will be given. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Forum Secretariat.
