THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
For participants: bag, the Forum proceedings, attendance at all sessions, Forum Official Catalogue, list of participants, invitation at social events, badge, coffee and refreshments
For accompanying persons: access at all important events in the Forum programme and the social programme, the opportunity to choose from a very attractive tourist programme proposed by the tourist agent ALTO Tours.
THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE VAT (19%).
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS OF THE REGISTRATION FEE:
Before 30 April 2010 - reimbursement of the amount prepaid less 25 euro representing administrative costs
After 30 April 2010 - no refunds will be given.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Forum Secretariat.
