Keynote Addresses

The purpose of the Keynote Addresses is to introduce the main areas for discussion about “Energy and Major Regional Issues. Dialogue and Cooperation”, giving Forum participants an overall perspective of the thematic content and issues of the Discussion Sessions and the whole Forum. Keynote Addresses will set the scene for the Forum sessions and must provide a major attraction for delegates.
